I used to spend at least three hours of my day staring at a blank word document.
As a writer, that’s pretty standard, the initial idea for a useful article is an elusive thing, and writing the first sentence can be as hard as matching your left eyeliner flick to the right one.
But I’ve found some ways of generating great content ideas that I’m actually excited to write about.
Let me share them with you.
1. Because some bloggers are making £40,000 ($60,000) a month, and being rich is overrated
2. Because bloggers are being interviewed on TV, and literally no one watches TV these days
3. Because you get to try products and services before anyone else, and waiting until they’re officially released is so much more fun
I’ve been on Instagram for years now, but I’m only just starting to learn about how to get it really popping.
My first posts were grainy OOTD’s taken in the mirror at the company I was interning at, but now I’ve learned more about how important the visuals and the text are on Instagram, and was recently featured Sarah Jessica Parker’s beauty brand account.
1. He wakes you up to remind you to wrap your hair
2. He brings you food without being asked to
3. He plans date night without being prompted, and gives at least 48 hours notice
4. He loved you before you knew how to contour your face… and before your eyebrows were on fleek
5. He shows you off like a new pair of Yeezy Boosts on launch day
